Welcome to our charming and historic condo nestled within Highland Park. This cozy condo boasts all of the modern amenities you need while still preserving all of it's historic charm. With spacious bedrooms, solarium, and huge semi-private backyard, this condo is perfect for a quick getaway or business trip. Perhaps the best part of this condo is it's location just moments away from some of Birmingham's best restaurants, bars, and shops.

*If you do not have any reviews there will be a $500 deposit charged after booking.

*For safety, security, and convenience the sides, front, and back entrance to the house is monitored by Ring cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Cameras are recording audio and video.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
