"Welcome to Falling Waters! This cute, one level and fun home is neatly situated in Alabaster but NOT on the main street. Walk into the newly designated home carefully designed with comfort in mind. A quick drive off the interstate featuring local eateries, bars, hospital, and tons of shopping! Within a 5 minute drive to multiple small town restaurants, hosting tons of festivities and sports competitions - Family friendly neighborhood - Safe for kids to walk and bike on sidewalks -"

You can have the entire home to yourself! Why pay a hotel the same amount for two beds and a TV when you can have an entire home with a fenced yard and a full functioning kitchen? Bring your wine, and be ready for lots of R&R! Carefully designed to be super cozy, you won’t regret staying here!

Guests have the whole house to themselves, with the exception of the garage. We look forward to hosting you and hope to provide you, and all of our guests, a five-star experience.
* As part of our efforts to ensure the safety of our neighbors and their family, all guests MUST be verified!
*You will receive an email from GAME ON BNB requesting your verification along with an email asking you to sign the rental agreement.  
*If you do not have any reviews there will be a $500 deposit charged after booking.
*For safety, security, and convenience, the sides, front, and back entrance to the house is monitored by Ring cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Cameras are recording audio and video.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
