You are welcomed to an open floor plan from the brand new kitchen with granite tops over looking the living room featuring a custom icicle wall you’ll gaze over for days! The fenced in back yard is sure to impress your guests and allow for plenty of space to roam free. This home is also located in a prime location of a very family friendly city. You are literally seconds away from all the shopping you need, and less than 5 mins away from the sweet downtown feel of little town Helena. There, you’ll find everything from shopping, to the best burgers in town. A must see! We can’t wait to host you!

*If you do not have any reviews there will be a $500 deposit charged after booking.
*For safety, security, and convenience, the sides, front, and back entrance to the house is monitored by Ring cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Cameras are recording audio and video.

10. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. This includes drugs, illegal internet activity, underage drinking, and other illegal activities. Any guests found to be in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund, and will forfeit any remaining nights on their reservation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
