BEAUTIFULLY decorated townhouse close to everything. This two bedroom two and a half bath located steps from Grandview, right off Highway 280 and a short 20 minute drive from the Birmingham airport. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property. We look forward to hosting you and hope to provide you, and all of our guests, a five-star experience.

*You will receive an email from GAME ON BNB requesting your verification along with an email asking you to sign the rental agreement.
*If you do not have any reviews there will be a $500 deposit charged after booking.
*For safety, security, and convenience, the sides, front, and back entrance to the house is monitored by Ring cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Cameras are recording audio and video.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking.
